AVGtool.org (Concept name: GDPR Pitstop) was developed for and in co-creation with the Dutch game industry. A GDPR quick and deep scan provides a legal indication of how the project, for example, a serious game, complies with the GDPR.

Research shows that a clear distinction of GDPR-related themes works better for the industry. The following list of themes is defined:
- Necessity
- Consent
- Data subject rights
- Security and storage
We have also thought about the use of data and that has resulted in a solution without storage of data, data is only stored locally with the users themselves.
